Kelis is a mobile application designed to help you document and organize your cat-eye manicures using artificial intelligence. Our core services include:
By downloading, installing, or using Kelis, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Registration: You may use certain features without registering. To access full functionality, you may create an account using your email or through supported third-party login methods.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at Kelis@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Kelis is not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the photos, notes, and other content you upload to Kelis. By uploading content, you grant Kelis a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
Our Use: Kelis does not claim ownership of your content. We will not use your content for purposes outside the scope of the App's functionality without your explicit consent.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Ensure you have the right to share any content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
Kelis uses artificial intelligence technology provided by third-party service OpenRouter to deliver AI-powered features, including pattern recognition and color analysis.
Data Processing: By using AI features, you consent to the temporary transmission of necessary data (excluding facial data) to OpenRouter for processing. This data is used exclusively to generate the requested analysis results.
Data Retention: Neither Kelis nor OpenRouter stores your data. All transmitted data is processed in real-time and immediately destroyed after the analysis is complete.
No Guarantee: AI-generated content, including pattern classifications and color parameters, is provided for reference only. Kelis does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI outputs and is not liable for decisions made based on such content.
Kelis does not collect, process, or store facial data.
As this App is designed exclusively for documenting cat-eye manicures and nail art, no facial recognition or facial data processing functionality is included. All image analysis is limited to nail and manicure images only.
In the event any feature involves camera usage, the camera is used solely for capturing nail images. No facial data is captured, uploaded, stored, or shared with any third party, including OpenRouter.
In-App Purchases: Kelis may offer in-app purchases (IAP) for premium features, additional storage, or virtual currency ("Coins"). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Coins System: Virtual coins or credits purchased within the App have no cash value and are non-transferable. They can only be used within Kelis for unlocking features as specified.
Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple through your App Store account. Kelis does not process refunds directly. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's refund policies.
Subscription Auto-Renewal: If subscription-based features are offered, they will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID settings.
Kelis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes updates to features, pricing, or availability.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately if you violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Kelis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.
You use Kelis at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelis disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kelis operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at Kelis@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
Kelis may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements.
When material changes are made, we will notify you through the App or by updating the effective date at the top of this Agreement. Continued use of Kelis after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically. The most current version will always be available within the App and on our support page.
